The Heartland Whole Health project is a one-of-a-kind development in Bentonville, Arkansas that unites the disciplines of art, architecture, and wellness to create a space that nourishes both body and spirit. Designed as a community-centered facility, Heartland Whole Health offers integrated medical services alongside spaces for artistic expression, mindfulness, and connection.

This innovative facility, envisioned by Marlon Blackwell Architects, reflects a growing movement toward holistic community care, one that treats wellness as a shared and multidimensional experience. From curated local art displays to thoughtfully designed meditation and movement spaces, every element of the building encourages healing and creativity.

ACE Glass partnered with Baldwin & Shell Construction to deliver the building’s striking transparency and light-filled interiors. Our scope included custom curtain wall systems, high-performance storefront glazing, and precision-crafted interior glass elements. These features not only enhance the building’s visual impact but also support its mission by inviting natural light and creating a calming atmosphere throughout.

More than just a healthcare facility, Heartland Whole Health is a cultural landmark, a testament to what’s possible when wellness and the arts are placed at the heart of community design. Façade Highlights:

• 19,780 sqft Kawneer Toggle Glazed Clearwall, Levels 2 and 3.
• 5,040 sqft. RAICO, German Designed Veneer Framing System.
• 43,500 sf. of Custom Insulated Glass Units, all supplied by Agnora, A Canadian Glass Manufacture Known for Their High-Performance Products. These Oversized Units were Anything but Typical, Each One Designed with a Recessed Channel for Toggle Glazing Built Using 10mm (3/8″) heat-strengthened, laminated Pilkington Architectural Glass Optiwhite glass with a Kuraray SentryGlas interlayer on the exterior, paired with 6mm (1/4″) heat-strengthened Guardian Glass North America SN68 HT UltraClear glass on the interior. Filled with argon and diamond-ground for flawless edges.At up to 132″ wide by over 264″ tall and weighing more than 5,500 lbs, these giants demanded next-level logistics.This took an incredible amount of planning, teamwork, and craftsmanship to make this happen. We’re proud to have been part of a project that truly pushes the limits of what’s possible with large-format glass.

• Kawneer Aluminum Frame 450 Interior Door Frames for Wood Doors.
• Custom Laminate Glazing for Interior Doors.
