Marcus Singleton
Executive Vice President
Marcus began his career in the glass and glazing industry in 1997 from answering phones, to field and shop work to estimating and project management. Marcus joined ACE Glass in September of 2011 and is currently the Executive Vice President. Marcus is on the Board of Directors for the central Arkansas chapter of the American Subcontractors Association and is active in the National Glass Association as well as a member of a national glass and glazing peer group. With two grown boys out of the house and a daughter at home Marcus enjoys spending time with family and the great outdoors.
Courtney Little
President & General Counsel
Courtney has been President and General Counsel since he purchased ACE Glass in 2008. He has been leading the company forward for over ten years thanks to his innovate thinking and years of experience. Courtney graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1995 with a degree in Business Management with a focus on Finance. He was the liaison between inside sales and architectural sales for U.S. Aluminum before coming to ace in 1997. Courtney opened the Northwest Arkansas branch for ace in 1998 before attending the William H. Bowen School of Law where he earned a Juris Doctor with Honors in 2004.
Nick Gordon
Vice President of Operations for Northwest AR
Nick joined ACE Glass in 2005 as an installer in Little Rock. In 2006, Nick was transferred to the Northwest Arkansas office located in Lowell Arkansas and promoted to Foreman. After a short period of exemplary service in the Northwest office, Nick was promoted to Field Superintendent where his responsibilities consisted of all field activities including personnel, scheduling and shop production. In 2017, Nick was promoted to Project Manager.
Jeff Ehlers
Vice President of Operations for Central AR
Jeff manages the daily operations at the Little Rock office as the Vice President of Operations for Central Arkansas and is an essential part of the ACE Glass team. Jeff has been involved in the glass business for over 24 years working in fabrication, drafting, engineering, estimating and project management. He has received the Construction Document Technologist certification from the Construction Specifications Institute and is a 2009 graduate of the National Glass Association Glass Management Institute. Jeff also serves as President of the American Subcontractors Association of Central Arkansas, serves on the Board of Trustees at his church, and does advocacy work on behalf of The LUNGevity Foundation.
Angie Herbst
Controller
Angie was welcomed to the ACE Glass team in 2015 as the Controller. She handles the financial management and oversees Human Resources and daily fiscal operations for both branches. She began her employment in the Little Rock office and transferred to the Lowell branch in Northwest Arkansas in 2016. Angie graduated from California State University, Fullerton, with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. She brings over 15 years of Construction experience to the team. Before joining ACE Glass, Angie worked for Infinity Drywall Contracting, Inc. in Anaheim, California as the Controller.

Adam Bingman
Senior Project Manager
Adam has been with ACE Glass since 2014 as a Project Manager and he oversees some of the larger commercial projects. Adam graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. He has been in the construction industry for over 10 years. Before joining ACE Glass, Adam worked as a project manager for pre-engineered metal buildings, architectural metal roofing, wall panels and insulated metal wall panels.
Blake Riegler
Service/Small Commercial Supervisor
Blake is a Field Supervisor, and has been with ACE Glass since 1987. Blake has over 30 years of experience in glass and glazing. He has been working with general contractors, home builders and interior designers for over 35 years. Blake loves working at ACE Glass because of the great attitude of the people he has gotten to know over the years. At ace, there is no “i” in “team” and everyone does their part to make this team a success.
Dustin Brown
Project Manager
Dustin joined the glazing industry in 2011 as an installer for 2 years, field superintendent for 5 years. Dustin joined the ACE family in 2019 and is currently a Project Manager for the NW operation.
Dwayne Hart
Project Manager
Dwayne came to the US from Jamaica on a basketball scholarship to John Brown University where he completed the Construction Management Program. He joined the ACE Family in 2020 as a Project Manager.
Eleanor Bain
HR Director
Eleanor joined ACE Glass in 2014 as the Marketing and Sales Coordinator. With the growth of ACE Glass, she transitioned to HR Director for both branches in 2017. She handles all aspects of Human Resources, including Payroll and Employee Benefits.
Harland Melton
Superintendent
Harland began his career in construction in 1983. In 1991 he entered the glass & glazing sector with BHN of Memphis. In 2016 he joined the ACE family and quickly rose to General Supt of our NW operation.
Jamie Ellis
Administrative Assistant
Jamie Ellis joined ACE Glass as the Administrative Assistant in February, 2017. Her responsibilities include assisting the owner in his daily tasks and event planning. Jamie graduated from the University of Arkansas Little Rock in 2005 and worked as a paralegal for 15 years before joining the ACE Glass team.
Jim Womble
Senior Project Manager
Jim has been managing the Northwest Arkansas branch since he joined ACE Glass in 2010 and he is now the Vice President of Operations for Northwest Arkansas. Jim began his career in the aluminum industry in 1977 with the Kawneer Company. Jim has experience working as a manager, assistant business manager and project manager and has worked on large projects like the Miami International South Terminal Expansion project.
Kevin Carroll
Safety Director
Kevin Carroll is the ACE Glass Safety Director. Kevin has been involved with general and construction safety for more than 20 years. Prior to joining the ACE Glass team Kevin worked as a Safety Professional in the Oil and Gas industry. Kevin has experience with developing written safety programs that include risk control, employee safety training, to ensure a safe work environment. Kevin is dedicated to working with the ACE Glass team to constantly improve their award-winning safety program
Marvin Arrendondo
Project Coordinator
Extensive experience in construction beginning with family roofing company since 2014 as a laborer then to supervisor and then working in HVAC earlier this year as supervisor. Currently in rolled at UALR Construction Management program.
PS: Does not like being cold.
Sergio Ramirez
General Field Superintendent for Central AR
Sergio is a second generation ACE Glass employee and has been with us since 1998. He has served as the General Field Superintendent for the Little Rock office since 2015. He has managed crews on many of the larger commercial projects in central Arkansas and now oversees our crews on projects across the state.
Tiffany Henry
Project Manager
Tiffany graduated from the University of Arkansas’ Fay Jones School of Architecture in 2014. She joined Cromwell Architects of Little Rock. In 2015, Tiffany joined Baldwin Shell Construction as a Project Estimator. She joined the ACE Family in February of 2021 as a Project Manager.
