    Courtney has been President and General Counsel since he purchased ACE Glass in 2008. He has been leading the company forward for over ten years thanks to his innovate thinking and years of experience. Courtney graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1995 with a degree in Business Management with a focus on Finance. He was the liaison between inside sales and architectural sales for U.S. Aluminum before coming to ace in 1997. Courtney opened the Northwest Arkansas branch for ace in 1998 before attending the William H. Bowen School of Law where he earned a Juris Doctor with Honors in 2004.

    Jeff manages the daily operations at the Little Rock office as the Vice President of Operations for Central Arkansas and is an essential part of the ACE Glass team. Jeff has been involved in the glass business for over 24 years working in fabrication, drafting, engineering, estimating and project management. He has received the Construction Document Technologist certification from the Construction Specifications Institute and is a 2009 graduate of the National Glass Association Glass Management Institute. Jeff also serves as President of the American Subcontractors Association of Central Arkansas, serves on the Board of Trustees at his church, and does advocacy work on behalf of The LUNGevity Foundation.

    Jim has been managing the Northwest Arkansas branch since he joined ACE Glass in 2010 and he is now the Vice President of Operations for Northwest Arkansas. Jim began his career in the aluminum industry in 1977 with the Kawneer Company. Jim has experience working as a manager, assistant business manager and project manager and has worked on large projects like the Miami International South Terminal Expansion project.

    Nick joined ACE Glass in 2005 as an installer in Little Rock. In 2006, Nick was transferred to the Northwest Arkansas office located in Lowell Arkansas and promoted to Foreman. After a short period of exemplary service in the Northwest office, Nick was promoted to Field Superintendent where his responsibilities consisted of all field activities including personnel, scheduling and shop production. In 2017, Nick was promoted to Project Manager.

    Marcus has been the Senior Project Manager since he joined ACE Glass in 2011. Marcus brings over 17 years of experience to the team. He started in customer service and moved to installation, fabrication, estimating and project management in residential and commercial applications. Marcus has worked with high end retail clients on projects across North America, Japan and The UK. Marcus was the Vice President of Sanders Glass and Safe and Sound Bullet Resistant Products before he joined the ACE Glass team.

    Blake is the Residential Field Supervisor, and has been with ACE Glass since 1987. Blake has over 30 years of experience in glass and glazing, especially in residential construction, residential installation and service work. He has been working with general contractors,  home builders and interior designers for over 35 years. Blake loves working at ACE Glass because of the great attitude of the people he has gotten to know over the years. At ace, there is no “i” in “team” and everyone does their part to make this team a success.

    Bill is the Residential Window and Door Sales/Installation Manager and he is an expert in window and door replacement, remodeling, and sales and service. He has over 30 years of experience working in the window and door industry as well as other glass building products. He has 20 years experience working with Andersen products.

    Angie was welcomed to the ACE Glass team in 2015 as the Controller. She handles the financial management and oversees Human Resources and daily fiscal operations for both branches. She began her employment in the Little Rock office and transferred to the Lowell branch in Northwest Arkansas in 2016. Angie graduated from California State University, Fullerton, with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. She brings over 15 years of Construction experience to the team. Before joining ACE Glass, Angie worked for Infinity Drywall Contracting, Inc. in Anaheim, California as the Controller.

    Adam has been with ACE Glass since 2014 as a Project Manager and he oversees some of the larger commercial projects. Adam graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. He has been in the construction industry for over 10 years. Before joining ACE Glass, Adam worked as a project manager for pre-engineered metal buildings, architectural metal roofing, wall panels and insulated metal wall panels.

    Aileah is the Northwest branch contact for residential sales and customer service. She also assists with HR, accounting and the production of aluminum composite panels. Aileah has been with ACE Glass since 2004.

    April started with ACE Glass in 2014. She is one of the contacts for residential sales and customer service. She also assists with the accounting and HR departments. April helps with the planning of company events for the Northwest Arkansas branch.

    Brian serves as the Production Manager at ACE Glass. Brian started with ACE Glass in 2010, and he now oversees all of the production areas in the fabrication shop and coordinates product specifications and scheduling with the project managers and construction foreman. He also oversees the programming and operation of the equipment, including the CNC panel routers, the 5-axis CNC fabrication center and the FuseCube glass coater. In his free time, Brian enjoys woodworking, hiking, hunting, and fishing.

    Brianna started at ACE Glass in 2016 and her duties include receptionist, customer service, residential and commercial non-contract billing, and accounts receivables. With over 10 years of experience in customer service, Brianna is a perfect addition to the ACE Glass team. She sometimes forgets she is at work because of the great, family-like atmosphere at ACE Glass.

    Connie is the Director of Construction and has been with ACE Glass since 1992. Connie managers crews on large commercial projects, and he previously worked at ACE Glass as the Safety Manager for both the ACE Glass Central and Northwest operations and has experience with making sure every project is done efficiently and to the highest standard.

    Eleanor joined ACE Glass in 2014 as the Marketing and Sales Coordinator. With the growth of ACE Glass, she transitioned to HR Director for both branches in 2017. She handles all aspects of Human Resources, including Payroll and Employee Benefits.

    Isidro has more than 18 years of experience as a CNC programmer and technician, computer-aided draftsman, and metal design and fabrication coordinator. He is also a part of the project management team and oversees the larger commercial jobs. Isidro also assists with all company IT and computer networking.

    Jamie Ellis joined ACE Glass as the Administrative Assistant in February, 2017. Her responsibilities include assisting the owner in his daily tasks and event planning. Jamie graduated from the University of Arkansas Little Rock in 2005 and worked as a paralegal for 15 years before joining the ACE Glass team.

    Kirk’s glazing career began in 1980 doing residential and commercial installation. In 1985 became shop foreman in Arizona. Two years later became manager until 1996. Looking to get into a larger market moved to Kentucky working for several glass shops until 2001 when opened own shop. In2008 medical issues forced a shutdown. Joined ace in 2010 and serves as Shop Foreman in NWA.

    Nick started estimating in the commercial glazing industry in 2009. Working with some of the largest national glazing contractors, he has successfully bid large-scale commercial curtain wall projects throughout the U.S., primarily the Southeast region and Texas. Nick joined ACE Glass in 2017 to take on estimating their major projects.

    Before coming to ACE Glass in 2015, Russell began his career in the glazing industry at Binswanger Glass starting in 2001. He has experience in both residential and commercial as an installer, fabricator, customer service rep, residential sales rep, commercial project manager, and project estimating. He has worked on many high-end retail projects throughout the United States and Canada and currently works as an Estimator and Project Manager here in our Little Rock office.

    Sarah has been with ACE Glass since 2015 as the Little Rock contact for contact billing, residential sales, and customer service. With over 10 years of experience managing multiple accounts for general contractors, Sarah plays an essential role in making sure every project is taken care of. She is involved in the day to day tasks of the business and exceeds the expectations of customers with her professional attitude and friendly smile. Sarah loves working at ACE Glass because of the family like environment and loves being a part of a team with expertise that is second to none.

    Sergio is a second generation ACE Glass employee and has been with us since 1998.  He has served as the General Field Superintendent for the Little Rock office since 2015. He has managed crews on many of the larger commercial projects in central Arkansas and now oversees our crews on projects across the state.

    Travis is the Commercial and Residential Estimator/Project Manager and has been a part of the ACE Glass team since 2014. He is responsible for performing take offs from drawings, quoting and selling residential, commercial projects and scheduling the crews for measures and installations. Travis attended UALR and Pulaski Tech and has over 35 years in the industry. His favorite thing about working at ace is the people, because everyone cares about the customer and the quality of their work. Fun fact about Travis, he was once featured in At Home in Arkansas magazine. He talked about doors, hardware and most importantly the proper installation of them.
