With over 30 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, Bobbie has built a solid reputation as a seasoned Estimator and Project Manager for various general contractors in the local area. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed a wide range of commercial construction projects—including retail, food service, hospitality, multi-family, medical, and industrial developments—representing several hundred million dollars in total value.

A native of Benton, Arkansas, Bobbie graduated from Benton High School and went on to attend Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, where he was a member of the Men’s Track & Field Team.

He has been married for 31 years and is a proud father of three and grandfather of four. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors hunting and fishing, follows Razorback sports passionately, and is a self-described rookie gardener.

Dustin is a Project Manager at ACE Glass, bringing over 12 years of experience in the glass and glazing industry. His career began in field installation, where he developed a hands-on understanding of the trade, systems, and construction process. Over the years, he progressed through various roles, ultimately stepping into project management, where he now oversees commercial glazing projects from pre-construction through closeout.

His role involves coordinating with architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. He takes pride in contributing to the architectural beauty and functionality of buildings throughout Northwest Arkansas-seeing the work come to life is truly rewarding.

Outside of work, he enjoys fishing and spending quality time with his family. These moments help keep him grounded and balanced in a fast-paced industry.

Eleanor joined ACE Glass in 2014 as the Marketing and Sales Coordinator. With the growth of ACE Glass, she transitioned to HR Director for both branches in 2017. She handles all aspects of Human Resources, including Payroll and Employee Benefits.

Harland began his career in construction in 1983. In 1991 he entered the glass & glazing sector with BHN of Memphis. In 2016 he joined the ACE family and quickly rose to General Supt of our NW operation.

Jamie Ellis joined ACE Glass as the Administrative Assistant in February, 2017. Her responsibilities include assisting the owner in his daily tasks and event planning. Jamie graduated from the University of Arkansas Little Rock in 2005 and worked as a paralegal for 15 years before joining the ACE Glass team.

With over a decade of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Jeremy brings precision, passion, and an engineer’s eye for detail to every project he leads. As a Project Manager at ACE Glass, he thrives at the intersection of design and execution-turning complex plans into seamless builds. Armed with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a relentless commitment to quality, Jeremy is known for his creative problem-solving, clear communication, and ability to keep even the most intricate projects on track. When he’s not behind the desk or out at a job, you’ll find him spending time with his beautiful, growing family.

Kevin Carroll is the ACE Glass Safety Director. Kevin has been involved with general and construction safety for more than 20 years. Prior to joining the ACE Glass team Kevin worked as a Safety Professional in the Oil and Gas industry. Kevin has experience with developing written safety programs that include risk control, employee safety training, to ensure a safe work environment. Kevin is dedicated to working with the ACE Glass team to constantly improve their award-winning safety program

Extensive experience in construction beginning with family roofing company since 2014 as a laborer then to supervisor and then working in HVAC earlier this year as supervisor. Currently in rolled at UALR Construction Management program.

Nick joined ACE Glass in 2017 and is based in beautiful Northwest Arkansas. As Preconstruction Manager, he is responsible for leading out estimating team, developing and implementing new bid processes and maintaining relations with our valued trade partners. His favorite part of the job is getting to see these projects before anyone else and watching them become part of our exciting, growing community,

The son of a glazier, Raney has been around the glass business his entire life. Starting as a teen, he worked at ACE in the Little Rock fabrication shop before moving into the field as an installer. Raney then went to wear many hats outside the construction industry before returning to ACE Glass’ Northwest office in 2025 as an Assistant Project Manager. Utilizing skills gained from multiple industries centered around customers, he strives to find solutions to satisfy our customers’ needs in a constantly evolving market.

When not in the office, Raney can typically be found riding a bike, enjoying time with friends and family, or working on something in the garage

Sergio is a second generation ACE Glass employee and has been with us since 1998.  He has served as the General Field Superintendent for the Little Rock office since 2015. He has managed crews on many of the larger commercial projects in central Arkansas and now oversees our crews on projects across the state.
