President and General Counsel
Courtney graduated the University of Arkansas in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus on Finance. He was the liaison between inside sales and architectural sales for U.S. Aluminum before returning to ACE in 1997. Courtney opened the Northwest Arkansas branch for ACE in 1998 before attending the William H. Bowen School of Law where he earned a Juris Doctor with Honors in 2004. He closed his private practice in 2008 when he purchased ACE and was named President and General Counsel.
Director of Pre-Construction & Marketing
Chris graduated the University of Arkansas in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus on Marketing. He worked in the Television Advertising Sales industry for Clear Channel as an account executive in NY, NY before moving to Los Angeles where he became sales manager from the years 2000-2010. He has always been involved with his family’s company, ACE Glass, since childhood which contributed to his passion of service, architecture, and construction. Chris made the decision to move back to Little Rock in 2010 in order to open and build Related Product Sales, an architectural rep firm with products and services that are new and different from others offered in the market as well as handle the marketing and business development efforts of ACE Glass.

Vice President of Operations - Central Arkansas
Jeff has been involved in the glass business for over 22 years, working in fabrication, drafting, engineering, estimating and project management. He has received the Construction Document Technologist certification from the Construction Specifications Institute and is a 2009 graduate of the National Glass Association’s Glass Management Institute. He currently manages the daily operations at our Little Rock office, serves as Vice President of the American Subcontractors Association of Central Arkansas and does advocacy work on behalf of The LUNGevity Foundation.
Project Estimator and Coordinator
Rob has 25 plus years of iron working, steel fabrication & erection and construction experience. Rob has been leading project estimation, fabrication, operations' management and field operations since ACE's beginning in 1986. Rob assists in problem solving in operations and projects' design, pricing, and subcontract.
Project Estimator/Manager and Coordinator
Marcus has 17 years experience in the glass business. Starting in customer service to installation, fabrication, estimating and project management in residential and commercial applications. Marcus has worked with high end retail clients on projects across North America, Japan and The UK. Marcus was the Vice President of Sanders Glass and Safe and Sound Bullet Resistant Products before joining the team at ACE Glass in August of 2011
Project Manager, Draftsman, and IT Coordinator
Isidro has more than 15 years experience as a CNC programmer and technician, computer aided draftsman, and metal design and fabrication coordinator. Isidro also assists with all company IT and computer networking.
A 2010 graduate of the University of Arkansas, Adam has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. Adam has been in the construction industry for 10 years now and has been involved with multiple trades. Before coming to Ace Glass in 2014, he worked as a project manager for Paramount Metal Systems where he oversaw multiple projects specializing in pre-engineered metal buildings, architectural metal roofing, wall panels and insulated metal wall panels. Adam is now one of our project managers who oversees some of our larger commercial projects.
Sarah started with ACE in 2015. She is the Little Rock contact for contract billing and one of the contacts for residential sales and customer service.
Residential Field Supervisor
Blake has 30 plus years experience in glass and glazing, especially in residential construction, and leads Residential Installation and Service Work. Blake started with ACE in 1987.
Assistent Residential Field Supervisor
Carsten joined ACE Glass in 2009. Carsten started in the glass industry as a Glazier Apprentice in 1997 and earned a degree as a Certified Glass Engineer and Master Glazier in 2005 in Germany. He was a lead installer for high end interior glass in Switzerland. He also served as Production Manager and Estimator for Glas Platz, a speciality glass producer in Germany.
Director of Construction
Connie has worked in the glass industry for 53 years and came to ACE Glass in 1992. During his time with ACE Glass, which he has been responsible for managing crews on large commercial projects in the Central Arkansas Area. Currently, he is the Safety Manager for both the ACE Glass Central and Northwest operations and oversees quality and efficiency for both shops as well.

Residential Window & Door Sales and Installation Manager
Bill has 30 plus years experience working in the Window and Door industry, and 18 years working with Anderson products. He is our Window and Door Replacement and Remodeling expert, as well as sales and service.
Northwest Arkansas Team
Vice President of Operations - Northwest Arkansas
Began career in Aluminum industry in 1977 with the Kawneer Company and held various positions including managing the Houston and Denver Service Centers until 1996. Became Assistant Business manager for the Southern Business Team located in Springdale Arkansas until 2003. Left Kawneer and joined Baker Metal products in Dallas Texas and was Project manager for the Miami International South Terminal Expansion project. Returned to Kawneer in 2006 in sales and project management in the Florida Territory until retiring in January 2010. Joined ACE Glass immediately following and became manager of the NW Arkansas branch.
Residential Project Manager/Office Manager - Northwest Arkansas
Aileah started with ACE in 2004. She is the Northwest branch contact for residential sales and customer service and assists with HR, accounting, and production of aluminum composite panels.
Project Manager - Northwest Arkansas
James started in 2004 as an installer and shortly after became job superintendent. James was responsible for running some of ACE's larger commercial projects in Northwest AR and is now making the transition to project manager.
General Field Supervisor - Northwest Arkansas
Nick joined Ace Glass in 2005 as an installer in Little Rock. In 2006, Nick was transferred to the Northwest Arkansas office located in Lowell Arkansas and promoted to foreman. After a short period of exemplary service in the Northwest office, Nick was promoted to Field Superintendent where he is responsible for all field activities including personnel, scheduling and shop production.
